To get a replacement card, you need to pay £5 online. Once you have done this, you will be sent an email to confirm proof of payment. A new card will be produced and made ready for collection from Francis House Reception after midday on the next working day.
PLEASE NOTE: when you register with the online store, please ensure you correctly enter a valid email address, as purchase confirmation is sent via email.
